Campground Rules
ADDITIONAL CAMP RULES AND INFORMATION:
Check-in time is at 2:00 p.m. and check-out time is at 12:00 noon. Children under six stay for free. We have a strictly enforced quiet hours’ policy from 10:00 p.m. to 8 a.m. Quiet hours are to ensure all our guests have an enjoyable stay. After 10:00 p.m. noise must stay within each groups’ campsite. This allows all campers to enjoy their camping experience, whether talking around a campfire, laying under the stars, or drifting off to sleep.
Camp Lotus does not allow dogs.
We do not allow water balloons, drones, or ATVs. We also appreciate that you take large garbage items such as broken chairs, BBQs, air mattresses, etc., home with you to dispose of, since we do not have the capacity for these items.
Regarding campfires: currently all wood burning or charcoal fires are prohibited until the end of fire season. Propane campfire units, propane cooking stoves and pellet grills are allowed.
We ask that you not move any rocks or barriers and keep your vehicle in the parking spaces provided (please do not park on the grass).
Hot showers are provided with your camping fees.
No generators of any kind are allowed at any time. Amplified music is discouraged. We ask that all campers honor any request at any time of the day or night to lower their noise or music output.
RESERVATION AND DEPOSIT POLICY:
We require a deposit to secure a reservation. We take all major credit cards. All reservations must be make through phone contact (530-622-8672). We start taking reservations each year on the first Friday in March at 8am.
Camping deposits are refundable, less a $20.00 handling fee, so long as we receive ten days’ notice or more. Deposits will not be refunded if you don't show up or if we receive less than ten days' notice of cancellation. If you would like to change the date of your stay and we can accommodate you, there is also a $10.00 date change fee.
